Millions of government employees are expecting the 7th Pay commission to be implemented because it will increase their allowances, salary, and other benefits. What is a Pay Commission? The Government of India found out the Pay Commission to recommend changes in salary structure of central government employees. So far, seven pay commissions are found out since India received its independence to review and recommend changes on pay structure of all civil and military servants of the Government of India. P. Chidambaram, the then minister of finance announced that the 7th Pay Commission was approved by the then Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh which it’ll be implemented by January 2016. Medical changes: The 7th Pay Commission has recommended a insurance Scheme for Central Government employees and pensioners. The report also recommends cashless pharmaceutical benefit for pensioners outside CGHS area.
Pension: The Commission suggests a revision within the current pension scheme. They recommend a revised retiremnt amount formulation for civil employees including CAPF and Defence Personnel who have retired before 01.01.2016. The new formulation will focus on bringing parity between existing pensioners and current retirees. The new pension will be calculated by placing the past pensioners on the new Pay Matrix system. Pay Scale for Assistant Professors

However, the 7th Pay Commission has revised the retirement amount rules for BSNL employees. Pay scale for Security Guard and Watchman

Pay scale for Ticket Collectors or Ticket Examiners
Ticket Collectors also are called Travelling Ticket Examiner or TTE. Their primary job role is to see passengers traveling during a conveyance to make sure they need a ticket and penalize them if they are doing not. Once the 7th Pay Commission is implemented, the basic salary of Ticket Collectors will be between Rs.15,600 to Rs.60,600 per month. The new 7th Pay Commission as announced by Finance Minister, Arun Jaitley is believed to benefit a majority of working-class employees on a large scale.
